These terms lay out the basic rules between us and anyone using the platform. Sign up, deposit or place a bet and you’re saying you’ve read this and you’re cool with it. We update the text when laws change or new bits get added, so worth a quick look every now and then.
Who can use the platform
Access is open only to people aged 18 or over who live somewhere online gambling is legal. UK residents must hold a valid address that matches the documents they later send for verification. Anyone signing up on behalf of someone else, or using a false name, will have the account closed and any winnings withheld.
Opening an account
One person, one account. That rule sits at the centre of how we run things, and duplicate profiles get flagged quickly by automated checks. Personal details given at sign-up must be accurate, since any mismatch with ID later on will hold up withdrawals. If you change address, phone number or email, update the profile straight away.
Deposits and withdrawals
All money moves through the cashier in GBP. Cards, e-wallets and prepaid options are accepted, with minimum and maximum amounts shown next to each method. Payouts go back to the same option used for the deposit wherever possible, and they are released only to the verified account holder. Processing times depend on the provider, not on us.
Sports betting rules
We settle bets based on the official result published by the relevant sports body. Postponed or abandoned events follow the rules on the sport-specific terms page. Unmatched legs of an accumulator usually settle at a price of 1.00. Cash-out values are worked out in real time and can shift between the moment you press the button and the moment the request reaches us.
Bonuses and promotions
Every promo has its own rules. Wagering targets, qualifying odds, maximum bets, time limits, that kind of thing. Claim a bonus and you’re agreeing to all of it. Try to game the system, open extra accounts to grab the same offer, or chase rewards in ways the team flags as abuse, and you’ll lose the winnings and the account.
Account security
Your login details are your business, keep them that way. Don’t share your password. Don’t let anyone else log in, not even for a minute. Two-factor authentication is sitting in the settings menu, switch it on if you haven’t already. Something looks off, like a login from a device you don’t recognise? Drop support a message straight away.
What you must not do
The following actions break these terms and lead to immediate account closure:
- Using bots, scripts or any software built to mess with gameplay, odds or bonus outcomes.
- Running more than one account, whether in your own name or someone else’s.
- Funding the account with cards or wallets that aren’t yours.
- Trying to milk a technical glitch instead of flagging it to support.
- Betting on events you’ve got inside knowledge about, whether as a player, official or staff member.
Closing or suspending an account
We can suspend or close any account that breaks these terms. In serious cases, such as fraud or money-laundering attempts, balances are held and the matter is passed to the relevant authority. You can also close your own account at any time by contacting the support team, with any remaining funds returned to the verified payment method.
Limits on liability
The site runs around the clock, but we cannot promise it will never go offline. Maintenance windows, third-party outages or wider internet problems can interrupt access. We are not liable for losses caused by these events, nor for losses that come from your own choices at the games or the sportsbook. Use of the platform stays at your own risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s licensed jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be settled directly with the support team will be handled by the relevant courts or by the Curacao Gaming Authority as the regulator of last resort, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
Updates to this page
We update these terms when rules change or when we roll out new features. The latest version sits on this page, with the last edit date right up top. Big changes get sent to registered users by email, so you’ve got time to read them before the new rules kick in.
